The concerned mosque was constraucted by the Hon'ble President Of Ilmul Quran Janab Sufi Mohammed Mahboob Shareef Sahab Qiblah in the year 1998. The founder and Waqif (endower) of the said mosque is also the Nephew of Hazrat Mufti Sahab Qiblah and the grand son of the great Sufi of his times i.e. Janab Sufi Mohammed Badshah Shareef Sahab Qiblah (RA). Currently the Mutawalli of it is Janab Maulana Hafez Mohammed Subhan Shareef Sahab (Kamil-Jamia Nizamia) son of Janab Sufi Mohammed Mahboob Shareef Sahab, President Dawate Ilmul Quran Organisation and Sub Editor Monthly Urdu News Paper "Anwaar-Va-Raza". Its Nayab Mutawalli (Asst. Guardian) is Janab Mohammed Badshah Shareef Rehan Sahab, also the president of MBM Welfare Society and Editor Monthly Urdu News Paper "Anwaar-Va-Raza".

In the said mosque the Dargah (Holy shrine) of Hazarat Maulana Mufti Mohammed Abdul Jaleel (RA) Fazil-E-Jamia Nizamia also exists. The Urs-e-Shareef of Hazrat Mufti Sahab is celebrated every year according to Islamic calendar on 17th of Shaban Ul Muazzam. Various other religious activities too take place in the said mosque frequently.
